I'm waiting for my laundry to be done, and i'm stuck w/ my damn BPA assignment. Ma group mates have left me to construct the DFDs for the work :( Well i don't blame them. Yesterday i was late for the group meeting after dinner...2 hours late to be exact :( sorry la guys.

Was looking through my old photos and (this is gonna be cheesy) i started to think about my friends and family back home :) Yes, thats right. I'm missing every one of you guys back home.

So what have i been up to lately?

Last Saturday = Jaydeep's birthday. Had dinner at Universal Pizza @ Lygon St w/ some friends and ex-VU mates (Chris, Amanda, Azlan, Elina and etc.). It was good to see them familiar faces again. After dinner, the party headed over to my place for more fun :)

We -

1) Drank.
2) Played drinking games.
3) Drank some more.
4) Played this stupid celebrity-name-guessing-game.
5) Drank some more.
6) Someone gave in to the drinking part but wasn't me =\ nasty stuff.

Next day -

Sunday, went to Uni. in the late noon for the Beauripaire Centre. I mean the gym =)

I'm getting lazier and lazier to go all the way to uni. just for the gym =\ For your info., i walk to uni. everyday! To get a rough picture on how far the distance is from my place to uni., its nearly equally as far as from my house in M'sia to my DJ high school. And yea, whoever posted on my chatterbox advising me on the distance wasn't kidding me. Each ordeal last for at least 15 minutes and this is torturing esp. with the scorching sun :\

Had dinner w/ JaySen, Ben and Bond at China town. Then walked along Londsdale St. for the Greek festival. The street was closed down for the festival so all traffic was diverted to different streets, and so happen one of them is LaTrobe street - which explains the traffic congestion directly in front of my place =/

Easy money.

Hosted by some an asian dude and lady, all you need to play this game (photo above) is a 20 cent and hopefully coin-tossing skills and probably luck as well. Each square on the board represents a certain amount of money. The middle one is obviously the big prize. Wherever your coin lands, you get the amount of money back equivalent to whatever amount stated on the square. That was probably the most crowded booth among the rest in the festival.

Went home, did some tute work, and tossed and turned in bed till 5am? =\


Today, Monday -

Monday late morning.

Routinely headed for my morning tutorial and had a 2 hour gap in between before my lecture. Went to sleep at the uni's south lawn to get some shut eye. Haha.

Today headed to KokoBlack at Lygon street w/ Jaydeep, Jaysen and Kit for some hot chocolate. haha, random right? Was suppose to discuss some assignment stuff. And so our orders arrived...

Left drink is Jaysen's, middle one's Jaydeep and the one on the right is Kit's. The bottom one is mine.

All of us were so fascinated with the design and presentation of our drinks that we started taking photos of them like some bunch of juckoons. Or is it jakuns?

Greetings!

Second week at college beckons! And i'm friggin' bored here. Did some of my tutorial work which are due tomorrow, so now i'm just relaxing. I'm so bored - i decided to download Google Earth and try it out for the first time :)

Malaysia and Australia.

Fine, i'm abit outdated. So sue me if my old desktop doesn't support the Google Earth software :S Google Earth only runs on Windows 2000/XP and above, while my desktop is only Windows ME :( My laptop runs on XP btw.

First thing i looked for my current location here in Australia. For those still lagging, i'm currently residing in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia :)

As you can see, Melbourne is all the way at the bottom right of the massive island. Going in closer...

This is where i stay - La Trobe House. It is directly in front of Melbourne Central. The corner building on the left of La Trobe House is fast food restaurant Hungry Jacks aka Burger King. Just some food for thought :) I would post some pictures of Melbourne Uni's location but that would be too big for a single picture. Anyway - moving on back to home :)

I decided to korek abit in M'sia.

I even dug back to my SAM roots.

"Melbourne V."

Greetings again!

Honestly, i rarely update my blog this often. But anyhow today's the first day i stayed at home for dinner. Haha. My sister came over w/ her hsemate and they cooked dinner while i did the washing after the eating. Frankly i rather eat out than going through the hassle of washing the dishes =\

In addition, cooking at my place will result the entire place smelling like food. The ventilation at my place is horrible and the only source of air flow is a tiny window which i mentioned before. Had dinner at 8pm+ and now's 11pm already and the place still smells like dinner :S Cooking indomee already makes the place smell like indomee for the rest of the night so you can roughly figure how it would be cooking a full course meal.


Anyway in the afternoon after class, i went looking for a budget printer along w/ my ex-VU mates come Melbourne Uni. course mates. We bought this HP printer - for only AUD59. And the printer can scan, print and even photocopy :) I think it was a good buy.





Later we went to DFO (something like FOS in M'sia) to look for some clothes and kill some time as well. Came home after that and had dinner w/ sis and her hsemate which also happens to be my coursemate.
